We were frustrated by the large number of voucher holders who wanted to rent a decent home, but were always being offered houses in horrible conditions and were often scammed for the application fees.
That's why we took matters into our own hands and established 901 Passive as a DBA under BJP-IRA Investments.
Today, we proudly offer over 80 properties across Florida and Tennessee.
